Insurances accepted

We accept a wide array of insurances and will work to ensure that your care is covered by insurance when possible. Because insurance benefits for chiropractic vary greatly, we encourage you to call our office to confirm the benefits of your specific plan.  We will be happy to verify your benefits and inform you of your options for payment before any treatment plan is started. Some of the insurances accepted in our office are:

  • Wellmark PPO plans (i.e. Alliance Select, Wellmark Blue)

  • United Healthcare plans (i.e. Choice Plus)

  • UMR

  • Aetna

  • HealthPartners

  • Midlands Choice

For our patients whose insurance benefits do not include chiropractic, we work with CHUSA (Chiro Health USA).  CHUSA is a discount medical plan organization that provides legal, network-based discounts for cash, underinsured, or "out-of-network"patients.  This allows us to ensure your care remains affordable and to keep the focus on your health.
